Great food – nice experience

Perfect way to spend your day, learning about Thai cooking. We had such a great time, cooking our dishes, they absolutely tasted wonderfull! They picked us up from the hotel (center Ao Nang), after 10 min we arrived at the cookery school, which is in the open air. We chose a couple of our favourite dishes out of the menu & started cooking!

EVERY single dish turned out perfect & I’m not a great cook! Don’t eat before you go, you’ll be stuffed! The Chef’s are so friendly & hands on, they explain everything clearly & are open for any questions or information on how to cook other dishes. I highly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I booked onto the daily course as we both love Thai food and wanted to know how to cook the dishes back at home. We were picked up from our hotel on time and taken to the charming, outdoor cooking school in Ao Nang. The teacher was fantastic and made the experience lots of fun and very engaging, making sure that each of us were given the help we needed. The experience was very leisurely and unrushed – even a nervous cook will feel at home on this course.

The food we made, covered all of my favourites, and the recipe book given to us at the end is a lovely little keepsake which i will be following to the letter when I make Thai food at home. I’d recommend this course to anyone to loves Thai food….especially because you get to pig out on all the food you’ve cooked at the end! One tip….go on an empty stomach!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Thailand.
To add to our trip after reading trip advisor reviews we signed up to do the half day Smart Cook Thai Cookery course.

We had a lovely time and learnt so much. It was a great way to bring home a little piece of Thailand back to London with us to share with our friends. The course was well organised, the teacher was friendly and made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable.

We were picked up and dropped off from our hotel, receieved an apron and a recipe book.
Would thoroughly recommend this course, my advice would be, make sure you’ll be hungry enough to taste the amazing food you’ll to cook and also, take a bottle of wine with you, it’ll go great with the dishes you’ll enjoy eating. Top marks!!
